Q. What is the Glockner Butler Service? a. The Butler Service is a pick up/drop off service offered to select businesses in the Portsmouth area. We will pick up your vehicle at your request, check the health of your vehicle, service it and bring it back before the end of the day.

Q. How much is an oil change, filter and lube? a.Our competitive price is $29.95 +tax and includes a free Vehicle Health Inspection, Mobil Oil, factory filter and work to be performed by factory trained technicians.
Q. Who would be driving my car and are they insured? a. We employ several retirees who currently run our shuttle service. We are insured through Sentry Insurance Company.
Q.Will service work be performed on my car without my approval? a. We will always notify you and seek approval before any work is performed.
Q. Do I have to schedule an appointment? a. We prefer that you schedule an appointment online at glockner.com. You can also call 354-3255 which is our Honda Toyota store. We can generally work you in the same day or the next day.
Q. How and when do I pay for my service bill? a. You can pay with a credit card over the phone, check by phone or simply hand us a check when we return your vehicle.
